About
Description
Code9 Loading Screen V2 is a cinematic loading screen for FiveM. It opens with your logo condensing out of the dark and a light sweep switching it on, hands over to your background video as the logo settles into the corner, and gives your players a full menu to explore while they load: a music player, a gallery, your rules, your keys and commands and your links.
When the game is ready, the screen plays a closing animation instead of disappearing, and takes itself down the moment it is done.
Every word, colour, key, rule, song, picture and link is set in shared/config.lua. The script is standalone: it works on ESX, QBCore, QBox or any other server.
Key Features
Cinematic Intro
- Your logo emerges from the dark, dimmed, and a light sweep switches it on
- A small burst of particles and dust in the light, coloured from your logo
- Your server name rises letter by letter beside the logo
- Short sound cues synced to the motion, finished before your music starts
- The logo flies to the top-left corner while your background video opens up behind it
- Logos without transparency are cleaned up automatically
Background
- Muted, looping background video with a start second, adjustable dim and a soft edge vignette
Music Player
- A playlist of online song links or your own audio files, in order or shuffled, each from a chosen second
- Cover, title, waveform seek bar, play/pause, previous/next, volume and mute
- A "Now playing" note whenever a new song starts
- Players can paste their own songs — limited or turned off in the config
- Volume, mute, pause and added songs are remembered for the player's next join
- A key pauses and resumes the music
Menu Pages
- Gallery — pictures fan out of their button and fly into a full-screen grid; any picture can be enlarged and paged through
- Rules — headings on the left, their rules beside them (up to 10 headings of 40 rules)
- Controls — a full keyboard with every key you bind painted on it, plus a commands tab (up to 120 keys and 120 commands)
- Links — up to 8 round buttons in the top-right corner; your community server's invite shows its live member and online counts
Loading Progress
- A fine line of light along the bottom edge with the current stage ("Loading the map") and a counter-style percentage
- Never jumps backwards, and finishes with a last pass of light
Closing
- The menu leaves, the dark closes back over the background, the logo flies home and the light switches it off
- Your music fades out with it
- A single export lets your character selection close the screen itself
Performance
- Every animation runs on the browser's own animation thread, so it keeps its pace while the game loads
- Heavy pages are prepared ahead of time, so opening them costs nothing
- If the screen ever fails to answer, it is taken down anyway — nobody is left behind a black frame
